And you in those, you will have the option to unmute yourself. We would love to hear you partake in the discussions, ask questions. This is really a great opportunity for you to to discuss amongst yourselves. Our our goal with with Isabella is really to create these, you know, these events and user groups and and webinars so that you have the opportunity to speak to to each other, learn from each other, as well as speak to our experts regarding anything related to to pigment. Absolutely. So taking a look at what we're gonna cover, today in terms of our list. First up, we have pigment AI agents presented by our lovely Andrea. Then we will be turning over to Hugo for map dimensions, data flows, and this list import UI and UX updates. And then you will see both of us back on stage at the end to talk about some upcoming events and webinars. And right at the end, as Karen mentioned, we'll be having our breakout rooms and virtual group. Yeah, it's a great opportunity to meet our team directly in a more informal way, and just get to know us and the products a little bit better. So now I'll hand over to Andrea, one of our product managers here at Pigment, personal charge AI. Welcome, Andrea. Do you wanna kick it off? We'll let you unmute yourself, and we'll leave the stage to you. Yeah. Thank you. And now I think it's her. So hi, everyone. I'm Andrea, product manager working on AI functionality. So, first of all, I'm gonna introduce you yeah. Let me quickly frame how this webinar content fits into the pigment broader product vision. So, basically, at pigment, we build around four key product pillars. So the first one is a figma.ai. Basically, we aim at simplifying, planning, and reporting with automation and intelligent insights that are driven by AI. Then we have the user experience pillar, which actually with the aim is to make every user interaction is most and delightful. Then we have our reporting and data visualization, pillar, which aim to tell better stories with your data. And our fourth pillar is the core capabilities, that aims at at delivering enterprise scale modeling, integrations, and governance. So what you will see today during the webinar touches all four, pillars, especially the AI and the user experience and data modeling ones. So yeah. So, today, I'm gonna talk about a gigantic planning planning. So, basically, our vision for future is a future where AI agents act as a smart teammate for you to help you get more done faster and without doing all repetitive work that you might might need to do. So think about agents like smart assistants that don't just answer questions, but actually get things done. And whether it's regarding reporting, forecasting, or modeling modeling, they can handle it. So our vision, yeah. Yeah. We can go to the other side. So our vision is to build an available force for Pigment where we have the analyst agent that is available today in beta and that specializes in data analysis and reporting. Then we have the planner that will focus on forecasting and scenario planning. And we have the modeler as well that will handle formulas, model documentations, and building. So, yeah, we have three agents. And, actually, the analyst agent is the one that is already in private beta, and we are working really hard to bring the other agents to life soon. We hope we will be able to share some some early previews at the end of the year. So, yeah, now for this slide. Actually, what I wanted to tell you no. That one. That the other one here. Yeah. This is I wanted to present you, like, the multi agent framework. So so, basically, this multi agent framework, explains to you, like, how each agent will focus on a specific skill set. What I said, like, the analyst is an expert of data analysis and the reporting. The player is an expert of scenario planning and forecasting. And then the modeler is an expert of modeling. And, actually, the the magic happens through the interoperability because we you can see at the top, you can see the supervisor which coordinate all these agents to work together and delegate task based on expertise. So the goal here is to give you a connected and intelligent where each agent know its role and collaborate with with each other. So now we're gonna focus on the analyst agent. As I was saying, this is the one which is in beta and the one that I'm just gonna demo in a few minutes. Before, I just wanted to to remind you why this analyst agent is game changer. Actually, what we know is that most of the teams face the same kind of team of pain. I would say that analyzing data takes too long. So most of the time, dashboards are full of data, but they really lack of insights. So it's not easy to to understand what you need to look at. And also, last, the scaling reports across the stakeholder is something which is painful. So most of the time, you're doing a global analysis, but you are not taking the time to repeat that same analysis across every call center because you're just, you're just, like, short in time, so you do not have the time to do that. So, the good news is that the analyst agent solves solved it. So, basically, it will instantly analyze the data that you have in Pigment for you, and it will clearly communicate the insights that your teammates need, to know, to act, and to to discuss. And it will also solve, like, help you, if you do reporting, as I said, across departments, cost centers, business units, etcetera, etcetera. So with that being said, I think that it will be time for our demo in real time, so I'm just gonna share my screen. Okay. Let me see what that have here. Okay. Perfect. So, first of all, I think that you can see something new already In this, sidebar panel on the top left, you can see that we have, like, what we call the mission panel. So from here, you will have access to the latest report that have been generated by the analyst agent. So if I click here, I can see that the different missions that I have configured my agent for. And a mission basically defines what the agent should do step by step and which is the data that he needs to analyze and the role of the analysis. So I can create multiple missions for any kind of use case, monthly reviews, board meeting, forecast. Here, for example, I have some examples on monthly expenses analysis, EBITDA and cash analysis, working capital, and our first revenue analysis. Okay. So so this is, like, the entry point to my analysis of the agent. But first of all, let's take a look at this board that I have on the right. You can see that I have, like, my revenue trends over two years, '23 and '24, and that now I need to to input some targets, on on '25. And actually, it will be so creative. Before inputting the targets for the year '25. Actually, I have kind of a of a summary of what has happened, the trend that has happened on my expenses during the last two years, '23 and '24. And here you can see that there is plenty of commentary that has been generated by our agent when actually, like, we tell a little bit what has happened, which were the countries that were deliver that were for which we get more revenue, which were, like, the products that actually, experience more of the year of video growth. And you you we can have, a dedicated a dedicated summary for each of the countries. So you can see that here, we can see what was the variance, what was the this issue that was driving the the growth, the trends in terms of categories, the insights, etcetera, etcetera. So, basically, lots of insight that might help me, better input money targets in the year '25. So this is just an example of, a report that has been generated by by an agent and that I can export to a metric of type text, and then I can display it here directly in my board. So if we take a look and we go here directly on the report that has been generated. So this is exactly the same report. It's just I wanted to show to you that actually you can also display those reports in in current boards. And we're gonna take a look, the instructions, how they look like. So, basically, you can see that my instructions are pretty well structured. I would say that the analysis is super basic one. I'm just telling him to analyze the changes between two years, year '23 and year '24 for the following metrics and for revenue. And for each country, please break down by execute. So super simple, analysis instructions. Then you can see that they can give him, like, some formatting instructions, add emojis and add conclusions first, and then a detailed summary. So, basically, you can see that he's following instructions. And last but not least, I'm gonna him send the output report to that metric so that they can display, the the output generated by the agent in the board. So very simple one, very simple instructions. One other thing that I will really want to to tell you is that this report is kind of a Notion like, Notion like page that actually you can, you can edit the page. You can actually, like, add some headings. You can delete them. Same for the for the chart. You can select them, delete them. And when you are happy with your report, you can save it, and then you can distribute it. Either you can, export it to your PDF, or you can share it with business users by, exporting it to to the text metric. So, now I think that what I wanted to show to you is, like, I'm gonna go to to another mission that I have already created, and I wanted you to to show how it looks like the configuration page. So, basically, when you create a mission, you can give the name of the mission, the description, and then the instructions. So you can see here that I have, again, my analysis, the step by step analysis that I want the agent to do. And what is really cool is that I can type at a robot. And, actually, you would see here an object picker, which allow you to select your app variables, your metrics. So here, for example, I wanted my OPEX total expenses, so I will select it. And, actually, it helps you select also dimensions and properties. So, actually, please use that picker. When you're gonna test the the functionality, use that picker because it makes all emission much more robust, and it helps a lot, writing faster. You can see also here that I give him in instructions some formats examples. So, actually, I I like to inspire him how do I want him to to write to write instructions, to write, sorry, like, the report. And then I can give him, like, some tone and styles, tips. For example, I want to him to focus on explaining the why the variance occurred. I want him to to to focus on the on the tone and the bullet points, etcetera, etcetera. And now I'm just gonna click on that preview. And, basically, you're gonna see how the agents talk to each other. So here, for example, the analyst stage the analyst is trying to retrieve the data from this metric, and then he's gonna try to to to further drill down to, to get the balances, etcetera, etcetera. So it's gonna take a little bit of time. So as he's preparing the the report, we're gonna take a look at the mission mission options that we have. So what I have already said, we can send the output of the mission. We can export it as a PDF, or we can push it to a board. And in the road month for the coming months, what we're gonna allow you is to send this report, automatically through email or through Slack or even be able to export the report in other formats formats like the document word or export it as a PPT or Google's ID. So this like sending by email, a Slack document, a PPT, it's something that we have in the roadmap, not yet available for the first version, but something that will come on the coming months. And, of course, you would be you would be able to schedule the mission. So, basically, you would be able to say, hey. I would like to run this mission every week or every month automatically. So that's pretty much what I have here. I think that maybe we are not gonna wait until this is created, but, actually, we can take a look rather how it looks like. And we can see that it has generated this, great report where, actually, he he has, flagged the combination of GL accounts and department that are above five k that, actually, he's giving, some details, etcetera, etcetera. And, yeah, I think that that would be everything regarding my my demo. And then, of course, I I hope that you would be able to join the the the rooms later on to actually ask some of the questions that you may have, answer some of the questions that you may have. Amazing. Thank you so much, Andrea. That was awesome. If you have any questions, again, please feel free to pop them in the q and a section on the right hand side of your screen. And as Andrea just mentioned, even better, join her breakout session later on. It will be very interactive, really dynamic. That's exactly what we want. But without further ado, I'm going to introduce you to our next product manager, Hugo Delaby, who is going to walk you through map dimensions, data flows, and list to list import features. Take it away. Hello, everyone. So my name is Hugo. So I've been very nicely intro introduced, but I'm the product management the product manager, sorry, for basically all things reporting here at Pigment. So everything from building charts, views, down to boards, sequences, and the entire navigation. And so today, I walk you through, two main features and improvement that we've been making to the platform and also presenting a series of smaller UX and UI updates that we've been, releasing in the next month or, sorry, in the the past month or past weeks. I'll also, of course, hint at some, future improvements or future features. Some of it is gonna be AI related. Some of it is gonna be purely for boards, but, I'm pretty sure this is gonna be super exciting for you. So let's dive in into the first topic for today, mapped dimensions. So mapped dimensions, before I actually show it to you and demo it on a real, you know, use case and real real life example. It's a very, very important feature for Figma, and it's gonna completely transform the way models are built. So map dimensions are a new way to group data with more flexibility than what the traditional approach would let you do. The idea is that you can bring any dimension to any view without redesigning the model, and that's the really important part. I'm gonna show you how it works after. The idea is that you were only gonna design your model on the most granular dimensions. And any, dynamic property, let's say in that case, team, for employees or suppliers for SKUs, is actually, I mean, you're gonna be able to, sorry, add those dimensions leveraging a simple mapping metric. And what it unlocks is a pure I mean, completely different way to, report, add dimensions on the fly in just a few clicks instead of having to go to go through every single metric and add those dimensions. So the idea really is to understand why we built it before I show it to you. And let's take a look from the modeler's perspective and also from the analyst and the business users. In terms of modeling, so I insisted on the previous slide, but basically, it lets modelers build in Pigment more quickly. The idea is that because you only need to design your model on the most granular approach and granular dimensions, you don't care so much about anticipating all the reporting axis that you need. Right? So think of it as like, you know, it's the difference between a static property and a dynamic property. If, for instance, a country is always assigned to the same region, let's say, The US is already it's always gonna be Amer region. Europe is all is always gonna be, in EMEA, let's say. But for an employee and a team, well, an employee can change teams over time. So that's gonna be an example. And because we keep the model so simple on the most granular level, that means less dimensions, less complexity in formulas, and as a result, better performance and lower maintenance. You don't have to care so much about adding them all. You can always add them at the reporting stage, the only one that matters for those dynamic properties. For analysts and business users, it means more flexibility because they don't have to go into the model, change the formulas, add new metrics, add new dimensions. They can just, in any view that they would like it to use, bring the extra dimension, leveraging the mapping that has been configured before, and usually that mapping already exists in models. And then that's, you know, the idea is really to just bring it. It's better. It's easier for end users. So that's it for the theoretical part. Now I'm super excited to show you a demo of it with a real life example of what it brings. So let me share my screen. There we go. And, hopefully, you can see it now. So I designed a very simple sequence here. The idea is to walk you through what I would do, you know, to make it work. So assuming I have a salary by team. Right? Sorry. Salary per employee and month, but we want to see it by team. So here, the table is pretty simple, pretty standard. I'm sure it's it it looks familiar. I've got my employees enrolled in columns the month, and you can see that it's the salary metric. So if Bob, Jane, John, Lucy, and Kate were in the same team for the entire life, well, it would be very easy. I would just have to add a property team to the dimension employee, and then I can already leverage the inner workings of Pigment, basically group them by team. The problem, as you can see here, is that unlike Bob and Jane that sticked to their teams for the entire year, John, Lucy, and Kate decided to experiment and go in different teams. For instance, John started the year in design, then in summer decided to do an embed in the marketing team, and then went back to the design team. And so it creates a problem. Right now, if I wanted to see my salary aggregated by team, I would need to completely transform my model, add the team to the salary metric and any other metrics that I would want to aggregate by team because the mapping is dynamic. And with map dimensions, what I can do, just looking at the pivots here, I can add a new dimension to the view. So I can map the dimension to the view. When I click here, I need to select the dimension that I want to add. In that case, team. Select the mapping metric. So team mapping, which is basically, I'll show you after, but exactly the mapping metric that I've been showing you before with the teams over time for each employee. I hit save, and this new team dimension appears. Now the only thing that I have to do is to remove the employee. And as you can see, I've got my dynamic grouping. And so all the data, we can see in July. We can check later. Actually, if I save the view, we can see that here I did not have anyone in July 25 for the design team, and so the salary is blank. The other cool thing that I wanted to show you is that I can actually also add them in pages. So here, because I've mapped it already to the view, I can add it to my page. And now I've got a simple filter. If I only want to focus on engineering and design, that's it. So I can hide very easily all the salary, you know, for that given team. Now let's jump to another example that is even more, I think, in line with the traditional way, of working in pigment with versions. So I'm not, teaching you anything new. It's usually, you've got multiple versions for revenue or any other metric, you know, that's helpful for your planning. And this revenue metric is a mix of actual and planned data depending on the version. So I've built a very simple example. In that case, revenue over time across three versions. As you can see, the actual data goes all the way to October 25. And for reforecast q one and reforecast q two, I've got data for the entire year. But as you can see here, it's not very easy to know which data belongs to which group. Is it actual data? Is it planned data? How do I know? It's the same principle. Right? Here, I can define a mapping between data type, which is those fields here, month, and version. And once I've done this, I can leverage the mapping in the same way to add data type. So here, actual, I only have data until October 25, which I see here. But if I wanna change and show, for instance, reforecast, which is a traditional three plus nine forecast cycle, then I can automatically, you know, very easily format the actual data up to March 25 with the first, you know, three months, and then the remaining nine months are gonna appear like standard formatting. I could do, of course, many more things. So that's map dimensions in a nutshell. The one thing that I would like to hint at, you know, what's coming next for those powerful capabilities is the ability to leverage snapshot and scenario data in those map dimensions. So we're basically not, it's not gonna be really an extension of map dimension, but it's gonna work the same way, very tailored for versioning use cases. And it's really the ability to, apply basically any mapping of data. Here I'm doing it in two dimensions, but the idea, for instance, is to say that your last year forecasts are actually the data from January 24 to December 24 that you've snapshoted and that you want to compare to your live data for '25 and see how you were, you know, doing year on year. And in terms of performance, that's also a massive game changer in terms of modeling because it means you can safely archive the data, put it in a snapshot, and then use it for comparison in your reports and build even better, reports, comparison, and just help with decision making on that front. That's it for map dimension. Now I'm gonna stop sharing my screen. Come back here. I'll take some time to answer the the questions after. I'm just moving on to data flows and these two lists, but I'm I'm gonna pay attention to the, to the q and a as we go. And we've got a fantastic team of, of Pigment employees in the chat to help as well. So moving on to data flow and list two list import. So data flows have been released three months ago. The objective of data flows is to bring more power to importing data and copying data inside pigment. Up until now, it was very common to automate the copy of data in a model or across applications with a series of buttons. And so it was very standard for those flows to be modeled as a series of buttons to be hit sequentially, you know, manually at the start of each planning session, for instance, or just to archive data or decouple data from upstream changes. Data flows is a way to automate this and chain together a series of data actions, as we call them. So as I mentioned right before, whether you're initializing new planning versions or if you want to decouple data, you know, because right now if you do it with formulas, the problem with formulas and the the power of formulas is that it's a change. If you change something at the very beginning, it will impact the entire dependence diagram. Now the opportunity for data flows to bring those actions together and actually decouple, means that with a single button and a series of actions, you can move data around, be it for archiving or just for initializing a new version. I'm gonna show you a set of examples. Don't worry. You can depropell data. So meaning you make, I mean, you build your model so that when you copy the data, it's not impacted by formulas anymore. And you can do that as part of a chained workflow. So really do a series of action side by side just for those things. And really, if you think about it, it replace, as I said at the beginning, a traditional approach where you would have to do it either manually or to basically have a series of buttons that would perform the pigment to pigment copy of metrics, manually. So that's something that we clearly automate with this. And so right now, I'm gonna tell you about two new features. So we released the data flows three months ago, but we already worked on making it better with two main features. The first one, now you can import and sync data with list to list import. So back, from basically three months ago, the only thing that you had available was the ability to copy metric to metric data. Now you can actually do the same for list to list. And it's really, really powerful if you want to synchronize lists across applications, merge the data from to list into a single one, which is the example that I'm going to give you. And you can also build a series of very complex workflows, For instance, validating user inputs at the end of the month or validate a specific request for new accounts. So if someone, you know, if you've got a series of, of employees that can request headcount, then you can make sure that you actually move them to approved at the end of the month and keep a clean list of requests that have been approved that you can trust. The second one is the sequential execution mode for data flows, and that's also I'm gonna dive into the details right after during the demo, but it's really this idea that by default, data flows consist of a series of action that gets called or executed all at the same time. But this does not account for the complexity of some workflows that require some parts to be applied before. I'm taking a very basic example. If you think of a formula, you know, in a model that requires another metric before it can compute the new metric, well, you actually need to ensure that the previous metric has been populated before you can import the second metric and then perform the calculation of the two together. So it's really this idea that we give you more control, the ability to import more elements in data flow in an effort to make it better. And we're gonna move to the demo right now. So if I share my screen and, hopefully, share the entire window, it should be better. There we go. So I told you, first, we're gonna talk about list to list import. Here, I've got a very simple example. Agent and contractors. I've got the two that I work with in my company. My agents are my own internal internal employees and contractors, well, people that, we hire for selling our solution. In that case, what I want to do is to bring agents and contractors in a single list because this list is the consolidation of the two that I'm using for reporting purposes or for performing and, you know, for doing my planning session, making sure that I'm within my fees. And so the idea is really to bring them together. From there, I have an alternative. If I want, I can manually replicate, you know, each line in this sales rep's master list or do it with contractor and also doing the same. But what I can do, let's assume that I'm actually adding a new person. So it's gonna be test agent. I'm adding this new test agent here. I'm also gonna add a contractor. So preview images, and I'm gonna call them test contractor, clicking add. And then I can, with this single button, trigger a data flow that will copy the new agent elements in sales rep and the new contractor element in self rep as well. And so if I click here, I get a nice model that tells me that it could take a few minutes. Hopefully, it's a simple one, so it's gonna be instantaneous. And then here, I've got my test contractor and test agent. So this is the very, you know, very simple case for list to list, copy and from one list to the other. And, really, as you can see, we can merge, we can copy, historize, archive, initialize a new list from an existing one, just applying some filters to clean up, you know, previous date, etcetera. So it's a really, really powerful feature to make sure that you always start from a clean plate. And now let's move on to actually using, you know, contractor and test test contractor and test agent, our two new sales rep. So here, for simplicity's sake, let's just say that I'm copying the data manually, you know, here. But now what I want to do is I want to start my budget 26 planning. And for that, I want to start from my, budget 25 figures. And so it's the same thing here. As you can see, well, it's pretty simple. I could just copy paste. In that case, it's pretty simple one. But if you've got a series of action, what I can do with a single button is actually copy revenue in this column, fixed fees and bonus in the others. And so I just click here, start, and boom. It works. So I can initialize a new planning cycle with just one button and actually do a series of operations. I'm gonna show you because I don't want you to trust me on me. Let me show you what it looks like. So for instance, the list to list, as you can see, it's a combination of two actions, the list import from, my agent to sales rep and another one from contractor to sales rep. The other one interesting is the budget copy. As you can see, it's three metric imports, Pigment, two Pigment. So one source block to one target block. And I was telling you about sequential execution. So this is the new option that we just added, I think, two days ago or three days ago, if I'm not mistaken. If I click here, I can run data action sequentially. If a data action fails, I can either stop the data flow or continue with the next data actions. Usually, if it needs to be sequential, the recommended approach is to stop the data flow so that no, extra action fails, you know, if it shouldn't. And here, really, the power of it is that I can rearrange all my actions depending on the dependencies. Here, we've got a very simple example where we copy from one list to the other, a sorry. A copy from a metric to another, a series of metrics. But let's assume that bonus is based on the combination of revenue and fixed fees or calculation on those two metrics. Well, what I would need to do in that case is really to wait for those two to be populated before I can actually compute bonus. And so in that case, I would set a sequential data flow and making sure that those two succeed before I can actually move on to the bonus one. That's it for the data flow. I hope it was interesting and it sparked a few ideas for you to, actually start implementing this in your, in your own models or give you ideas. Hopefully, really the idea is to give you some example of what works, what we see at customers, and how you can leverage those, to really benefit from Pigment as much as possible. So moving on to, well, one of the most visual parts, the UI and UX updates, for which I'm gonna present four main features. I'm not gonna spend too much time on these ones. I literally put those slides together so that you have something to take away, you know, with the, with the recording and the slides that we're gonna send. But, really, the idea is that we're gonna focus on a series of, small and bigger improvements that we made to the interface in the, let's say, past, three months. And, really, the idea is to show what what what we can do with it. And, also, of course, I need to mention the few things that are coming up for next quarter. So we got chart zoom. We've got man and navigate workflows with action buttons. I'm gonna show you how to maximize horizontal space in sequences and also the latest one, how to duplicate widgets from one bar to a set of other ones. And enough with me and showing my slides. Let's move on to the demo because I know that's the most interesting part when it comes to the UI. So back to my I'm just gonna check that you can see my screen. Perfect. Alright. So let's go back to a sequence. So a sequence, if you've missed it, it was released a few months ago now, but it's a series of boards that make the exploration of data within Pigment simpler for end users. And so really the idea here is that sometimes we just want to maximize horizontal space for content. By default, we have a menu that appears here on the left. But now what you can do by clicking on the sequence settings so here I arrange my board. Well actually you can see a little spoiler into what we're gonna cover next And now I've got this new option, navigation orientation, that I can set to top. And if I save, boom, it takes more horizontal space, and it moves the navigation to the top. Simple change, but it actually changes quite a lot of the experience. As you can see, you can focus only on the data without any idea that you're actually on the board or on a sequence in pigment, etcetera. It really creates creates clarity for end users. Moving on to the next one, the ability to zoom on charts. And really the idea here is to make exports better and more readable. It's a common feedback that we got that sometimes if you export this to PNG or you take a screenshot of it, it can, actually appear very small on Google Slides, PowerPoint, or any presentation software that you're that you're using. And so the idea is simple. We got those nice buttons here. Either I can click here and select the size of the zooming size that I want, the zoom size, actually, or I can increase the text size to either make it very small or just more readable. And so I've created a set of exports just so that you can see using this, sorry, export as PNG option. And as you can see, if I play with 75% of the original, it makes the text smaller. And in the case where I want the, sorry, the options to appear bigger, this is what I would do. Put it at 110% of original. And then in that case, it fills more space within the sections, and then the labels appear bigger. The duplication of widgets Up until very recently, I think one week ago, you could only duplicate the widget in its own board. And the problem with this is that imagine you spent a lot of time creating a board. You're very satisfied with the way things look, etcetera, and you just want to replicate that board somewhere else or just take some elements of it in an existing board. Right now, you would have to recreate everything by default or just duplicate the board altogether. Now we're actually adding I mean, we've actually added, sorry, a few days ago, the ability to duplicate a widget to a series upwards. So I can select a few ones and, basically, because I want us to go to technique somewhere else. I'm gonna choose that one. Oops. It's been successfully duplicated. Let's continue and see what happened. Oops. It's there. Thanks. I didn't lie. So one thing that I wanted to show you as well is that we made moving things around in Pigment a bit easier by displaying this grid, you know, that you can move around, etcetera. So you can see how things look. Under the hood, the idea of the the the dashboarding template is pretty simple. It's a series of 12 columns that you can actually see if I move it here. And so it's really just a small improvement that we made so that you can just see how things are gonna look and adjust, you know, if you want to layout with, like, a six plus six or, four times three, in terms of, like, three buttons or four buttons that take an an equal weight. It's simpler to set up. So right now, this one, I'm actually gonna show you technique somewhere else. And for this, I'm gonna show you the grid action buttons. So this one, I think has been released for a couple months now or or a bit less. The idea is that you can attach interaction for now links to the dimensions in the pivot panel sorry. The The the pivots of the of the of the grid. And so the idea is that you can make a link to another Pigment entity, be it a board or a sequence. And so in that case, let's go to, well, what's our favorite feature. Let's say that it's I click redaction button. That's my favorite one too. And it takes me to, well, somewhere else which is another dashboard with the I mean, that's the important part with the page already set to the item that I just clicked. And so that's the very cool thing. I'm gonna show you an example right here after just to show it works, And you'll see it's pretty simple and pretty powerful to guide users, you know, and really help them navigate from one board to another, but mainly because it creates even better, you know, nav I mean, navigation between the boards, but even better experience within Figma. You can actually take Figma closer to what a real, web native, let's say, application would look like, something that you would develop on your own. A smaller improvement that I wanted to show you is that we released those two buttons, the cancel and apply. What sounds like a very tiny change is, actually helping a lot of customers understanding that a lot of users of Pigment, you know, end users that are not super tech savvy to understand that actually, if they, select a few things and click cancel, well, we stick to the same one. But if they want to apply their changes instead of having to click outside like it was the case before and it still is the case because we didn't want to change that behavior, now they can just click apply. And if I go back to here, I'm gonna show you how to set up, and that's my magic trick and probably the last one that I'm gonna demo today for you is to how to add a button to act like a filter. And so here, when you configure an action button so once again, let me show you. You click on those dimensions here. Add a button to feature of categories. So that's the one I'm looking at. I can self reference my boy somewhere else, and let's put it filter, display an icon, and we're gonna put the nice if I can find it, the zoom one. Well, anyway, let's put a check. And you have a nice preview here so that you know what you're about to do. I click apply. And here, because I've got the page already defined in my board, if I click on navigation well, it already I mean, simply filter on navigation. That's an alternative to clicking here and setting as page the current dimension. So, we've seen a lot of customers actually benefit from this. It's just much simpler, especially if you've got some complex flows, etcetera. The one thing that I wanted to show you is a real a demo, but real life example of what it could look like. And so let's assume we've got a set of employees, so a list of employees here. We've got all their information. Oops. Not what I wanted to do, but here we are. And I'm interested in the details of John Scanlon. I could view details, and then I'm on another board. Actually, this is a sequence with the details of John Scanlon and all the relevant information just focused on that one. The alternative would have been to click on that, you know, that list, find the employee, etcetera. So, really, the objectives take you from one board to another one or a sequence, pre filtered on the data that you're about to see, and that's really the cool part. And so I've stopped here, but, basically, the the last thing that I wanted to mention, if I stop sharing, is a bit, a glimpse into what we're gonna work on for the next quarter. I see a few question in the chat, but, mostly, on the UI and the, so in the the UX part. So I mentioned, for instance, for the modeling part, and the reporting part, sorry, the the map dimensions and the next steps on that front of versioning. For the UX and UI, we're really gonna focus on the PowerPoint connector, so really establishing a link between PowerPoint and Pigment to make, reporting use cases much simpler and the ability to, sorry, update, you know, slides very simply. The other one that we're gonna focus on, is gonna be the basically improving the the the the visualizations that we have currently in the charts. We're gonna make improvements to the map chart. We are also, considering changing the library that powers the charts just to make them more readable, better with more options down the road, and to also open up new chart types down the road. And, of course, we're also investing a lot on AI. As you know, Andrea did a fantastic job at presenting what the, analyst agent looks like, but we also want to start, investing a lot in the design agent. So really make it easy to build very cool boards with templates or even just from a prompt, better formatting options, templates, things that you can really reproduce. The idea is to make you more productive working with pigment with better, sorry, with better, like, yeah, better formatting options, etcetera. So it's definitely gonna be on the on the I mean, it's on the road map. It's gonna be worked on, and, hopefully, we get some very good news to share, before the next webinar. I see a few questions. So, yeah, I mentioned PowerPoint. Apologies. I didn't mention Google Slides, but, rest assured it is coming soon after. We're starting with PowerPoint, but we are gonna follow-up, very quickly after for for Google Slides. Thank you. I can take some questions. So, yeah, Google Slides, I see some questions answered already. Yeah. I saw three questions about Google Slides. It's coming. It's coming. Very briefly after PowerPoint and PowerPoint, we expect it to be live, during next quarter. So basically, anywhere between, in October, something like this. Can't give you a more precise ETA for now. And I see that most of the questions that been answered on the list to list. I think she's a bit up and Karen, I'm gonna be live and there they are. Hello. Hello. Thank you so much, Hugo. That was a really informative presentation. I really enjoyed all the demos. The cool factor was definitely five stars for that. So just a quick reminder, if you have any questions left, right now is the perfect moment. Drop them in the q and a panel. And while we have Hugo on stage for another couple of minutes, we will do our best to answer those. I see someone has asked, is there a way to duplicate a board to a different application? Not yet, but we it's also gonna be a part of what we want to do, in two parts. First is reference, the board from another application to be able to relate to. And it's basically, by transition, gonna open up the ability to duplicate the board to a different application. It's not in the very short term roadmap to be completely transparent, but it's something that we want to unlock, I think in the second part of the year for sure. Amazing. Great. Thank you so much. And then we have another question from Tony who would like to know, when zooming the bra off text, are we able to save it? He found he finds it reset every time he reenters the board. Not yet. But, Tony, I'm very glad that you asked for it because, it's actually something that we wanted to validate, and make sure that this was actually helpful before we commit even further, you know, during for that feature. But, yeah, it's something we are aware of. We heard the feedback, and we're gonna act on it. So, really, the ability is gonna be to able to to save the, the Zoom, sorry, the the the Zoom setting when you come back. Nice. We now have a question from Spandan, who is a very avid community user. Hey, Spandan. What's up? Spanda wants to know, can we have hierarchy in the page selectors? Very debated feature right now in Terminix, and I know I know I know that it's something that, has been requested quite a lot. The one thing I can tell you so the hierarchy in the page selector, not for now, but, it's not gonna appear as a hierarchy in the page selector. Right? But it's gonna appear as an entity that you can interact with, in the charts. So what we're building, actually right now, we're gonna start, I think, very soon, is the ability to replace a dimension in a chart by another one from the hierarchy. So for instance, you're looking at data from, month to month, and you actually want to see it by quarter or by year. You're gonna be able to replace it by one item of its, I mean, by property of the dimension. So by, simple hierarchy. We are aware of the need to have hierarchy in page selector. We just want to do it the right way, because of unbalanced hierarchy and some of the tricky use cases out there. But, yeah, we're aware of it, and we're gonna, probably in the second half also of the year. It's not gonna be in the short term short term, but, it's coming. Amazing. And then we have one last question that will get you, live from Julian who wants to know, can you tell us about improvements of filters and sorts functionalities on tables? Yes. I can, but I have not much to share. Right now, in terms of, I mean, especially Julian, we know each very well. You know that I'm aware of the the filtering and the sorting limitations that we have. Aware of it, not on the short term road map. Probably some things, though, we're gonna be able to, insert here and there in the road map. I don't know the extent to which we're gonna be able to commit to, on this quarter, but it's gonna come, it's gonna come, I think, eventually. It's hard to give an ETA. I hope second part of the year, at least for some of the sorting limitations, the filtering should follow after. Amazing. Well, Hugo, thank you so much for answering those questions and for your incredible presentation today. It's been really great to have you. Yeah. If you have any questions that haven't been answered, we'll do our best to get them in the last sort of fifteen minutes of this presentation. But feel free to ask them on up in our virtual user group or post them in our local community groups. So talking about local community groups, we have specialized groups in our picnic community for you to continue this conversation, meet people in your area, build connections, and we'll often share city specific content. So if someone in your area is a user of the month or is doing really well in Pigment, you can expect to hear that information there. But that's a great space for you to continue asking these questions. And we'll do our best to to get back to you as much as possible and connect you with other folks in your city. Now I'm gonna hand over to Karen to talk about some upcoming events. Thank you, Isabella, and thank you, Hugo, as well. Before I do dive into some upcoming events that I would like to to get to let you know of, I do want to take a quick moment to ask for your feedback. So we run these sessions on a quarterly basis. We are constantly wanting to improve them, so it's really important that we get your feedback. So I'm just gonna pop a, ticker banner on the screen now. You can just click on it directly, and it will take you to a, survey where we literally have just a few questions for you. It'll really take just one minute. We'd love to know if the session was valuable for you, how we can improve. Please share anything that you think, would be relevant for us so that come q three in three months' time, we will, get you get some improvements and, hopefully, give you even more value to these sessions. Awesome. And with that, I do want to cover off some exciting events and webinars that are coming up. So in case you're not aware, all our events and webinars are open to anyone and can be found on our website. All our customer only events and webinars are always posted in our community, so that would be the best place for you as a customer to check. And you can register through through there directly. And I'm I'm not gonna go into too much detail for each one, but I do wanna spotlight a couple of these, because we have some fantastic partners and customer speakers that will be sharing their journey and experience with pigment during these webinars and on-site face to face events. So it's a great opportunity for you to participate, you know, to ask some questions, to get inspired. So up next is our virtual roadshow on July, which we are running for both North American and European time zones. We have speakers from Deloitte as well as a customer speaker from Talkdesk. So if you want to hear about what Talkdesk are doing with Pigment, our speaker has has a wealth of knowledge. He knows the EPM space very well and can definitely answer any questions you may have, so feel free to join us virtually. If you and, of course, I will include all the the the links to to these events and perhaps this slide so you can access them easily in the follow-up email that you'll get, in twenty four hours' time. If you want to see a demo of what Pigment can do for supply chain and CPG manufacturing, we have a webinar on August 5. And better yet, if you want to learn about supply chain use case, join our supply chain breakout that will be starting shortly, with Laurent and Carolina, where you can speak to them directly and learn more about what Pigment can do there. For our French speakers, we have two product tours coming up, one on AI agents on August 26 and one on on September 18. In North America, we have an exciting Atlanta roadshow, in the afternoon of August 13 that will be joined by customers, Coca Cola and AARP, who will also be speaking. So if you're in the area or if you have colleagues that that are in the area, let them know. We'd love to have them join. We're also hitting up San Francisco on September 10. So you'll notice here the event is called catalyst. It's very much the same as our roadshow events, but, she's getting a bit of a a makeover, a a fresh look. So we're very exciting to be transitioning to the to this new, fresher event, look and feel. And, so we'll there we'll have the user group for all our customers in the morning. And in the afternoon, the catalyst event is open to anyone, including our partners. So, yeah, please do feel free to join us there as well. On the other side of the pond, we have Paris catalyst event on the morning of the October 9, for which the registration is already open. You can find it on our website. We'll have a customer speaker from who will be speaking. So, again, another opportunity to learn from other customers what they're doing, and, of course, we'll have the user group in the afternoon. And same setup for for London, on the October 14. We'll have Catalyst in the morning and the user group in the afternoon, where we'll also have a customer speaker from Bolt. If you're not aware of Bolt, it's transfer transformation transport, application, transport and travel company, and they will showcase the successes with Pigment. And then finally, just touch on Berlin. So we're also going to Germany. We'll have a a user group there that will run-in the morning and a catalyst, event in the afternoon. And all these registration page pages will be available to you in the community. Lastly, if you're interested in showcasing your story at any of these events, please let your CSM know, it's because we would really love to, you know, showcase your story, put you on a platform, position you as a thought leader in the space. And, of course, we would reward you for for that, which leads me nicely into our customer advocacy program. So Pigment officially has an advocacy program for customers. It is hosted in a tool called Ditto. So if you're a fan of Pigment, if you're willing to support us either publicly or either or privately, a big option is up to you. You choose how you want to participate. But you can kind of see this as a as a bit of a side hustle, if you will, because the way that it works is for every activity you that you complete, whether you share a quote, within detail that we can use publicly, whether you can answer some questions, write an anonymous review on Gartner or on g two. You can also take part in reference calls, and even, you know, beta testing all sorts of other activities for you to choose from. You'll get rewarded with points for each activity that you complete. And by completing the onboarding questionnaire, you can already earn up to over a $100. So, and if you're thinking, oh, my company doesn't let me accept gift cards, don't worry. You can still participate. The option is there for you because, ultimately, you can, use your points to donate, to various charities of your choice so that you can do a good deed for the day rather than redeeming, any gift cards of your choice. Just another mention that detail also powers our referral programs. So we have two referral programs and through which if you know any anyone who could benefit from from pigment and you're willing to refer them to us, you can earn, more points for this. And if they become a customer, you can even earn an additional $150, from that referral. I will stop the ticker banner. Sorry. A bit of a request, if if you don't mind. We are preparing to feature well, hoping to feature in the Gartner Magic Quadrant later this year, and we would really, really appreciate your help. Why this is so important to us is because it puts us it positions us very well in in the market. Our customers have a very important voice to play in in our positioning, and we would really love to get your support. If you don't mind sharing taking, like, five to ten minutes just to share your experience of of pigment, what what we would do well, let Gartner know. It's really just a couple of minutes, and you don't have to do it straight away. But if you click on the on the link here, you can complete it later. Or if you wanna do it on your phone, you can scan the QR code on the screen. Again, we'd really appreciate your support, and this is absolutely something we would reward you for, in the advocacy program should you wish to sign up. So, just let me know you've completed it, and I'll make sure that you have your points for that. And now for the cherry on top. So we have six breakout rooms available for you to join. A reminder that these sessions are already designed to be interactive, so please, please don't be shy. You have, you know, the option to put yourself, on put your camera on to unmute yourself, but you don't have to. But we really do recommend, that you do take part because the more you take part, the more you're likely to get out of the session. So this is really a time for you to share your experience, ask questions both to our hosts as well as other attendees in this in the session, so you can think about what you want to learn from them, what you want to learn from our hosts. And, yeah, we really hope you can make the most of these sessions. So before you kinda make your way into these rooms, just a quick run through of, each one so that in case you're kind of just trying to figure out which one you should join. First off, we have the Pigment AI breakout with our our Pigment AI expert, Andrea, who you would have heard from earlier, to discuss all things AI, especially, Pigment's AI capabilities. Carlos is hosting a room on sales performance management. So if you want to learn how Pigment can support this, learn how other organizations are managing this, Carlos is there to help make the session valuable to you. Carolina and Laura are experts in supply chain planning. Should you wish to learn more about that, Benoit is our financial consolidation expert. And if if you, didn't know that Pigment has a solution for this, he can certainly tell you all about it. We'd love to hear how you're currently running your consolidation process. You know, any challenges, feel free to discuss them amongst yourselves. Aurelie is a Pigment, solution architect, and she can talk you through, modeling in Pigment, any recommendations that she would give, and will be facilitating any discussions, on modeling. And with that, I will leave you to select which breakout rooms you want to join. Please make the most of this session. It's been a pleasure hosting you today. Thank you to all our speakers, and thank you to Isabella. Thank you for every to everyone participating and helping putting this this webinar on. And thank most importantly, thank you for joining, and we'll see you next quarter. Yep. So for anybody still hanging around, it'll be around forty eight seconds until you're automatically prompted to join our breakout sessions. But if you click breakout rooms at the top of your screen, you should be able to see some of them, right now and join them, if you're interested in taking part in our virtual user group. Yeah. That's around thirty one, thirty seconds to go now. Just a reminder that we have AI. We've got consolidation. We have supply chain, sales performance management, modeling in Pigment, and our partner breakout room, which I hear is a very exciting announcement happening. So for all 30 of you who are left, please feel free to hop into the breakout rooms. If you click breakout rooms at the top of your screen, but you will be prompted in around ten seconds. Thank you again for your time. Enjoy the virtual user group, and we'll see you soon. Thanks, everyone. All the best. See you next time.
